ok this is where u make your character this is how it done :
Everyone starts out as a genin, and works their way up. Kage get 20 jutsu special jounin get 15 jutsu jounin get 10 jutsu chuunin get 8 jutsu genin get 5 jutsu
Character posts must look like this: Name: Your name Village: Your village (Must apply first) Rank: Genin Appearence: a discription is nice, but a picture is worth 1k words (or more if there are words in there) Equiment: You start with none Jutsus: None for you!
